Happy Loveless Birthday

Why not celebrate the 20th anniversary of My Bloody Valentine's Loveless by reading this appreciation of MBV's influence from Wired? And, if you haven't already, wash it down with Mike McGonigal's 33 1/3 volume on the album.

While I am surely glad to see record companies celebrating the 20th anniversaries of Achtung, Baby and Nevermind, I also like to see this album get its due (and isn't this the 20th for Spiderland, too?)

Has anyone seen any similar love for the 1991 album that I play more than any of the above four - Blue Lines?

And if anyone's interested (or feels like arguing), I would list the five as such:

1. Blue Lines
2. Spiderland
3. Nevermind
4. Loveless
5. Achtung, Baby

with De La Soul's, "De La Soul is Dead." peeking in....
