The most bizarre concert line up you are likely to see. Ever.

Stryper, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Manhattan Transfer, Twisted Sister with Broadway's “Rock of Ages” cast, Collective Soul, Honor Society, David Nail, Joshua Bell, Kate Voegele, Tamela Mann and The Monsignor Donovan Choir with special appearances by Valerie Smaldone, Kym Johnson. The New York Jets Flight Crew and Santa Claus...

All playing this afternoon at (where else) The New York Stock Exchange Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Starts in about 5 minutes!

Scene report:
Got there in time for Stryper.

They played Winter Wonderland, Reach Out (from The Yellow and Black Attack), threw some bibles out into the crowd, and then started Little Drummer Boy, which was a little more than I could stomach.

Had a pretty good view, as a lot of people wandered off when they started playing. There were a few hard core fans. Was pleased to see that the guitars were still in the yellow and black color scheme, but disappointed that they did not wield swords and there was no Stryper van parked anywhere nearby.

Near where I was standing, a tourist lady had lost her memory chips and spent the whole time crawling around our legs on her hands and knees. Weird.

Otherwise it was exactly like that one Rage Against the Machine video.
