Measuring the blogosphere

It was pointed out to me the other day (thank you, Miles!) that our humble blog has been ranked at #38 in this list of the Top 100 Music Blogs:

I'll take that with a pinch of salt, since the list doesn't even include the mighty Fluxblog - but still, it's a great list for browsing and clicking on some of the blogs you may not have checked out previously, so you can discover the next Vampire Weekend before they put out a limited CD-R of three demo songs. (For the record, I really like the VW album - light, fun, frothy, catchy, and charmingly postcolonial.)

And this is wholly unrelated, but here's Alex Ross recommending the Celine Dion book, over at the National Book Critics Circle blog.
